Peggy Sage Nail Art Stamping Plate

For use with kit 898260. Apply a coat of Peggy Sage nail lacquer to your chosen plate design and then scrape over the top of it with the scraper to ensure the lacquer fills the design properly and to remove the surplus. Pick up the design with the stamp and apply it to the nail. Finish off with a coat of top coat.
